Click here for details.   Therapist We are seeking a positive and compassionate Counselor to provide Mental Health services to victims of child abuse and their non-offending family members. The Licensed Professional Counselor will work primarily with victims of child abuse ages 2 – 17 and will provide immediate crisis intervention, individual, family and group counseling. In addition, the counselor will work with other staff and members of the Multi-Disciplinary team to strengthen the intervention, treatment, investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases. Experience using the TF-CBT model is a plus. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in mental health related field and current State of Texas Licensure as LPC. Minimum of two years of experience in direct clinical services to children and their families. Bilingual: English and Spanish.   Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) The SANE is responsible for providing timely, non-judgmental, and compassionate care to sexual assault victims. These responsibilities include a forensic examination, prophylaxis for pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases, photographic documentation, referrals for appropriate medical and psychological follow-up, and support and participation in legal proceedings. The SANE works under the direction of the Medical Director and Executive Director. Minimum Requirements: Registered Professional Nurse  or Nurse Practitioner with current license to practice in the State of Texas and SANE certification by the Texas Attorney General's office.
